What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Cornerstone El Paso Concrete & Masonry collects when you visit our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this site, starting from our home page, and to the details you send us through it.

We're a masonry contractor in El Paso, TX, and we collect only what we need to answer you, come out for an estimate and do the job. You can read more about who we are on our about page.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we ask for things like your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a short description of the work. We use those details to reply, set up a visit and give you an estimate.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type is stored on its systems as well as ours. That service handles your details under its own privacy terms.

If you call us at (915) 265-1230 or email us, we keep the notes and messages from that conversation so we know what you asked for when we follow up.

Analytics and cookies

Like most websites, ours may use cookies and similar tools that collect basic information about your visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use and the general area you're browsing from. Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can recognize a returning visitor.

We use this information in summary form to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that aren't working. It doesn't tell us who you are unless you also send us your details through the form.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may load more slowly or forget your choices.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your questions, schedule estimates, plan and do the work, send invoices and keep records of the jobs we've done. We may also contact you about a job you asked us about, such as a follow-up after the work is finished.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to other companies for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the people and services that help us run the business, such as our form service, website host and analytics tools, and only so they can do that work for us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, if we need to protect our rights or our customers, or if the business is ever sold or passed on, in which case the new owner would keep it under the same kind of protections.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to finish your project, stand behind our work and meet our tax and legal record-keeping duties. If you reached out but never booked, we keep your message only as long as it's useful for following up.

Once we no longer need the information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong and ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep some of it for a legal or business reason, such as records of work we've already done and been paid for, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your details to someone else.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, and we limit who on our side can see it. No website or online service is completely secure, though, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be exposed.

Children's privacy

Our website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes and property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the services we use change. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
